LIELAND – Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Sce Apps (geliştirici: Sıtkı Can Erzurum, Türkiye; "biz") tarafından yayımlanan LIELAND – Bu Oyun Yalan Söylüyor oyununun Android ve iOS sürümlerinin ve lieland.sceapps.com.tr adresindeki web sitesi ve web demosunun (birlikte "Oyun") kullanımını düzenler. Oyunu indirerek, açarak veya oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Oyunu kullanmayın.

Not: Oyunun içinde size yalan söyleyen tabelalar, menüler ve anlatıcılar oyunun bir parçasıdır. Bu belge ise yalan söylemez.

1. Oyun

Oyun ücretsizdir ve reklam içerir. Android'de reklamları kaldıran tek seferlik bir satın alma (LIELAND+) sunulur. Web demosu oyunun ilk 10 bölümünü içerir. Oyunu güncelleyebilir, içeriğini değiştirebilir veya sunmayı durdurabiliriz.

2. Yaş sınırı

Oyun 13 yaş ve üzeri oyuncular içindir. Yaşadığınız ülkede reşit değilseniz Oyunu ebeveyninizin veya yasal velinizin izniyle kullanmalısınız.

3. Kullanım lisansı

Size Oyunu kendi cihazlarınızda, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla oynamanız için kişisel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. Yürürlükteki hukukun açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

• Oyunu veya parçalarını kopyalamak, değiştirmek, kiralamak, satmak veya yeniden dağıtmak;
• Oyunun kaynak kodunu elde etmeye çalışmak (tersine mühendislik, kaynak koda dönüştürme);
• hile, bot veya yetkisiz yazılımlarla skor tablolarını, başarımları veya satın almaları manipüle etmek;
• Oyunu, sunucuları veya diğer oyuncuları olumsuz etkileyecek şekilde kullanmak.

4. Fikri mülkiyet

Oyunun adı, logosu, karakterleri, çizimleri, müzikleri, sesleri, bölümleri, metinleri ve kodu Sce Apps'e aittir ve fikri mülkiyet hukuku ile korunur. Google Play, Google Play Oyun Hizmetleri, App Store, Game Center ve iCloud, sahiplerinin ticari markalarıdır.

5. Satın almalar (LIELAND+, Android)

• LIELAND+ Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve ödemeyi Google işler. Satın almayla Oyundaki reklamlar kaldırılır ve satın almada belirtilen ek içerik açılır.
• Satın alma, aynı Google hesabıyla Oyunu yeniden yüklediğinizde geri yüklenir.
• İade talepleri Google Play'in iade politikasına tabidir. Tüketici olarak kanundan doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
• iOS sürümünde ve web demosunda uygulama içi satın alma yoktur.

6. Reklamlar ve üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Oyun; reklamlar, istatistikler, çökme raporları, reklam ölçümü, başarımlar, skor tabloları ve bulut kaydı için Google (AdMob, Firebase, Play Oyun Hizmetleri), Apple (Game Center, iCloud) ve Meta hizmetlerini kullanır. Bu hizmetler kendi koşullarına ve gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Reklamların içeriğinden ve reklamların yönlendirdiği üçüncü taraf site ve uygulamalardan sorumlu değiliz. Verilerin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.

7. İlerleme ve oyun verileri

İlerlemeniz cihazınızda ve (açıksa) Google Play Games veya iCloud bulut kaydında saklanır. Makul özeni gösteririz, ancak cihaz değişikliği, uygulamanın silinmesi veya üçüncü taraf hizmetlerdeki sorunlar nedeniyle ilerlemenin kaybolmayacağını garanti edemeyiz.

8. Garanti reddi

Oyun "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, Oyunun kesintisiz, hatasız veya her cihazla uyumlu olacağına dair açık veya örtülü hiçbir garanti vermeyiz.

9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, Oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan (veri veya ilerleme kaybı dahil) sorumlu değiliz. Herhangi bir durumda toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda Oyun için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu bölüm, kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumlulukları ve tüketici haklarınızı etkilemez.

10. Apple App Store'dan indirilen sürüm

Oyunu App Store'dan indirdiyseniz: Bu koşullar Apple ile değil, sizinle Sce Apps arasındadır; Oyundan ve içeriğinden Apple değil biz sorumluyuz. Apple'ın Oyun için bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Oyunun herhangi bir garantiye uymaması halinde Apple'a bildirebilirsiniz; Apple, varsa satın alma bedelini iade eder ve kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur. Oyunla ilgili ürün sorumluluğu, tüketici mevzuatı veya fikri mülkiyet ihlali gibi taleplerden Apple değil biz sorumluyuz. Oyunu yaptırım uygulanan bir ülkede veya yasaklı kişiler listesinde yer alarak kullanmadığınızı beyan edersiniz. Apple ve iştirakleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarlarıdır ve koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir. Bu koşullara ek olarak App Store Hizmet Koşulları'ndaki kullanım kuralları da geçerlidir.

11. Fesih

Bu koşulları ihlal ederseniz Oyunu kullanma lisansınız sona erer. Oyunu istediğiniz zaman cihazınızdan silerek kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.

12. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel hâli bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih değişir. Değişiklikten sonra Oyunu kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

13. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketiciyseniz, yaşadığınız ülkenin tüketiciyi koruyan emredici kuralları ve oradaki yetkili mercilere başvurma hakkınız saklıdır. Türkiye'de tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

LIELAND – Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Android and iOS versions of LIELAND – This Game Lies, published by Sce Apps (developer: Sıtkı Can Erzurum, Türkiye; "we"), and of the website and web demo at lieland.sceapps.com.tr (together, the "Game"). By downloading, opening or playing the Game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game.

Note: the signs, menus and narrators that lie to you inside the Game are part of the Game. This document does not lie.

1. The Game

The Game is free and contains ads. On Android, a one-time purchase (LIELAND+) removes the ads. The web demo contains the first 10 levels. We may update the Game, change its content or stop offering it.

2. Age requirement

The Game is for players aged 13 and over. If you are a minor where you live, you must use the Game with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to play the Game on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except where applicable law expressly allows it, you agree not to:

• copy, modify, rent, sell or redistribute the Game or any part of it;
• try to obtain the Game's source code (reverse engineering, decompiling);
• manipulate leaderboards, achievements or purchases with cheats, bots or unauthorized software;
• use the Game in a way that harms the Game, its services or other players.

4. Intellectual property

The Game's name, logo, characters, art, music, sounds, levels, texts and code belong to Sce Apps and are protected by intellectual property law. Google Play, Google Play Games Services, App Store, Game Center and iCloud are trademarks of their owners.

5. Purchases (LIELAND+, Android)

• LIELAND+ is bought through Google Play, and Google processes the payment. The purchase removes the ads in the Game and unlocks the extra content stated at purchase.
• The purchase is restored when you reinstall the Game with the same Google account.
• Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
• There are no in-app purchases in the iOS version or in the web demo.

6. Ads and third-party services

The Game uses services from Google (AdMob, Firebase, Play Games Services), Apple (Game Center, iCloud) and Meta for ads, analytics, crash reports, ad measurement, achievements, leaderboards and cloud saves. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for third-party sites and apps that ads lead to. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Progress and game data

Your progress is stored on your device and, if enabled, in Google Play Games or iCloud cloud saves. We take reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that progress will never be lost because of a device change, removal of the app or problems with third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we give no express or implied warranty that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Game (including loss of data or progress). In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the last 12 months. This section does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law or your consumer rights.

10. Version downloaded from the Apple App Store

If you downloaded the Game from the App Store: these terms are between you and Sce Apps, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for the Game and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game. If the Game fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to the Game, such as product liability, consumer protection or intellectual property infringement claims. You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned country and are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them against you. The usage rules in the App Store Terms of Service also apply in addition to these terms.

11. Termination

Your license to use the Game ends if you breach these terms. You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page and the date above changes. If you keep using the Game after a change, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and your right to bring a claim before the competent authorities there, are not affected.
